Your overlay, your gift animations, your lights and your games — run from your own computer instead of ours. It connects to your TikTok LIVE from your machine, so gifts reach the screen without a round trip to a server.
What it does
Serves your overlay locally. Animations play from a cache on your disk, so the first gift of the night never waits on a download.
⚡ Triggers. A gift presses a key in your game, runs a Minecraft command, flashes a smart bulb, or fires a sound. No hardware? There's a 🧪 test bulb that lights up in the window so you can build and prove your rules before you buy anything.
🤖 Chatbot. Commands, thank-yous and timers, answered on your overlay, out loud, or in TikTok chat from your own session.
Keeps working when we don't. The app hears your live directly, so your overlay keeps reacting even if our server has a bad minute.
Windows will warn you the first time. It's a blue box saying "Windows protected your PC" — that appears for any app without a code-signing certificate, which we haven't bought yet. Click More info, then Run anyway. If you'd rather not, take the Mac build or wait until it's signed; we'd rather tell you than have you wonder.
First run
The app is signed with our Apple Developer ID and notarised by Apple, so macOS opens it normally — you'll get the standard "downloaded from the internet" question the first time and nothing scarier.
Open the .dmg and drag LiveFlyer Desktop into Applications.
Launch it and sign in with the same account you use on liveflyer.app.
Open 🎬 Stream setup. It gives you two links: the local one for OBS (one click adds the source for you, audio and all), and the liveflyer.app one for TikTok LIVE Studio, which won't accept a local address. Size either one 1080 × 1920 and stretch it to fill.
Streaming from LIVE Studio? Keep the app open — it feeds your overlay live from your computer either way.
It's a beta — tell us what breaks
This is early. Things will be rough in places, and the fastest way to get them fixed is to say so. Ideas and suggestions are just as welcome as bug reports — a lot of what's in the app started as one line from a streamer. It goes straight to John, who builds it.
Prefer email? [email protected]. In the app itself, Help → Send beta feedback (⌘⇧F) opens the same box and tags your version automatically.
Known rough edges
TikTok LIVE Studio refuses local addresses, so it gets the liveflyer.app link. The app still feeds that page from your computer.
On an 8 GB Mac, running LIVE Studio, the app, a browser and the encoder together is tight. Close what you don't need.
The Windows build is tested but not yet code-signed, so you get the SmartScreen warning described above. The Mac build is signed and notarised by Apple, and opens normally.
Triggers and the Chatbot are part of Pro; everything else follows your account as usual.
